SHIPPING FEE

Fees are based upon what is charged by our shippers, USPS and FedEx. We will explore and pursue with our shippers any volume discounts for large quantities ordered with us and gladly pass them on to our customers.

SHIPPING DELAYS DUE TO VIRAL PREVENTION MEASURES

• Love Mixtures store handles shipping delays caused by viral prevention measures such as countries closing their borders or not accepting international shipments proactively by advising our customers within 8 hours of verifying prevention measures are in force. In other words, once we have received such notice within 8 hours we notify customers. We will offer our international customers during a viral prevention measures a complimentary product sample of their choice.
• Shipping sanitation measures Love Mixture store takes during viral outbreaks are: (1) use of enforced package labeling and delivery via shippers such as USPS and FedEx only and (2) continual use of sanitary manufacturing practices.
